Flair Bartending Class

Our San Antonio location is one of the only schools in Texas to offer a STATE APPROVED flair class. The beginning flair class will be working flair and tricks. This is for the person interested in enhancing their bartending skills, increasing their potential income, and setting themselves apart from other bartenders. The student will learn to execute basic bartending tricks and flair, examples: bridge pour, waterfall or pyramid pour, flipping tins, and garnish tricks, etc.  Check out our flair instructor, Jerry, at Ivy Rooftop @ the Ridge Friday and Saturday nights!


The class is normally 4 hours and times and days can be arranged on an individual basis.  The fee is $200.00 for 2, four hour classes, or you may also pay per class ($100.00 per class).  The flair class can be taken with or without prior bartending experience. However to be most effective and profitable it should be taken in addition to one of our other bartending classes.
